Operation Christmas Child

Hey, everybody!

Just a heads-up regarding our Caleb Zone involvement in Operation Christmas Child here. Hopefully you’ve already heard about this in your Lifegroup, but just in case, here goes. We’re encouraging folks in our Lifegroups to pack a box of useful items to contribute to Operation Christmas Child, which is a ministry of Samaritan’s Purse. Here’s the website so you can learn all about it.

Keith and Laura Wilhite, who are Caleb Lifegroup Leaders, were given lots and lots of boot boxes to be used for this purpose. This coming Sunday, Oct. 12, they will have a trailer full of empty boxes parked right behind our ACC Office Building (Fort Street side). If you’d like to participate in Operation Christmas Child, please come and get a box or two and follow the instructions on the website above.

Lots of needy kiddos all over the world are going to get blessed BIG TIME this Christmas as we participate in this outreach. So come get some boxes and go for it!

  1. Thanks for following through with The Caleb Zone, Danny. It is really great to be able to read the comments from others and the lead into following the trail of the information of a book suggestion, mission trips to pray for and being part of the team, or ways to help others in need. I know this has taken time to come about, but I so enjoy the comments, the ways you get the message across, to us readers, in a serious manner, with a hint of laughter, or just stating what you are thinking! Great work for The Caleb Zone and for the Ireland Blog. jan johnston
